RETURN POLICY

  1. 1. Return Period:
    The buyer has the right to return the product received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. In order for the return request to be processed, the product must be unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

    2. Refund Application:
    The return request must be submitted to the Seller in writing or via e-mail. Once the return request is accepted, the buyer will be provided with the necessary information for the return process.

    3. Shipping Fees:
    Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer unless otherwise stated. However, return shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by the seller. In this case, the buyer must provide documentation of the condition of the item.

    4. Damaged and Defective Products:
    In case of return of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products, the buyer must document the situation upon receipt of the product (for example, with a cargo report) and contact the seller as soon as possible.

    5. Refund:
    Once the returned products reach the seller and are inspected, the refund will be made within 14 business days using the same method the buyer used to pay. For promotional or discounted products, the refund will be made based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.

    6. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

    • Returns of used, damaged, perfumed, odor-infested or removed from original packaging products are not accepted.
    • Returns of products removed from their original packaging are not accepted.
    • In special cases, such as personal hygiene products, products cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
    • There is no exchange/return option for all products in the Accessories category.
    • In order to exchange or return products in the shoe category, the product must be unworn and sent with its box.
