DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically in accordance with Turkish law between the seller ("Seller") whose information is provided below and the buyer ("Buyer") whose information is provided below, regarding the sale of goods and/or services sold electronically.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services offered by the Seller to the Buyer. The Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the good/service subject to the Agreement via the Website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The Seller shall deliver the good/service subject to the Agreement to the address specified by the Buyer, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.
4.3. In the event that the Buyer is not present at the specified address at the time of delivery of the good, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery responsibility. In this case, the Buyer shall organize the delivery themselves.
4.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the good subject to the Agreement at the time of delivery and to immediately notify the Seller in case of damage/deficiency.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the good, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. A Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the Seller of the withdrawal request in writing or via a permanent data storage device.
5.3. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the good subject to the Agreement to the Seller.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1. In disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to first seek reconciliation. If a solution cannot be reached, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where the Buyer resides are authorized.
7. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the parties.
